I just realized a typo/error in the description of patch 0010:
is: Allow directory index for /var/lib/debbugs/www to be
shown TTW (in apache.conf example).
should be: Allow directory index for /var/lib/debbugs/www/txt to be
shown TTW (in apache.conf example).
