Bug#585796: debbugs-local: Same here : cannot contact the CGI

FYI, same here : the daemon starts, and outputs :
$ local-debbugs --debug --daemon --no-detach

And all attemps to query the server fail without any message in the server's output.
I then tried :
$ curl -v http://localhost:8080/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?package=evolution

which now appears to make the server say :
Unable to open /etc/debbugs/indices/sources for reading: Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type at /usr/share/perl5/Debbugs/Packages.pm line 80.
I guess the server won't know that it's in ~/.debbugs/mirror, then :-/
