Bug#542452: marked as done (debbugs: does not recognize # when handling summary keyword)

regarding debbugs: does not recognize # when handling summary keyword

Hi!

It seems there's some problem parsing the control block header when it
includes a summary keyword and there's a comment line (starting with
‘#’), as the whole control block gets interpreted as the first paragraph
to insert into the summary.

See #540219 as an example I sumbled upon. :)

I believe I've already fixed this at the time that this was reported;
if you find this happening in the future, feel free to reopen this bug
with a specific example.
