It would be nice if I could mark a bug as blocking an existing bug in the
initial mail to submit@b.d.o. See for example #395150 for a bug where I
tried to do that but found out it didn't actually work. (Alternately, if
there is a way to do it but I got the syntax wrong, there should be info in
the b.d.o docs on how to do it.)
