Severity: wishlist

People are always reassigning bugs to me without CCing me.

They usually also leave the submitter's useless subject line in place.
This is bad for my blood pressure, and since it seems that it should be
easy for the control bot to take the second argument to each "reassign"
command and build a CC address using packages.debian.org, I think it
would be a good idea if it did so.
