I noticed that whenever I submit a bug with "Severity: grave" debbugs tries
to send an email to "bug-strong-list\@$gListDomain". This happens even
though I have all the g*List variables set to something else.
It looks like a hardcoded/missing config variable for a list name.

You just need to set @gStrongList if you want to configure the list
that these bugs are sent to.
