Hi,

today I sent the following to control@bugs.debian.org.

clone 475303 -1
reassign -1 logcheck
retitle -1 Please add support for RFC 3339 high precision timestamps
block 475303 -1
thanks

The block by command was receipted with

> block 475303 -1
Unknown command or malformed arguments to command.


Please fix debbugs to also accept negative bug numbers for block.
