This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with.

Bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

talking about this indicates a serious mail system misconfiguration

Thanks for writing debbugs: it's a darn useful tool. But one problem:
I suspect[1] that the BTS does not CC "done" messages to people
mentioned on a bug report's "X-Debbugs-CC" headers. IMO it should.
When you have time, would you be so kind as to fix this?

X-Debbugs-Cc: is a per-message setting, just like a normal Cc.
If someone wants all of the messages that have been sent to a bug,
they should subscribe to that bug.
