Bug#454560: please add "owner" bugs to maintainer address view

Once I add the feature, you can easily make it the default for
yourself by creating a bookmark or similar, but I don't plan on making
it the default for foo@bar.com. [If I do end up changing it, it won't
only be for owner.]
