The bug tracking system can't handle diff's handling of so-called
binary files. html-control dies with the following:

*** /debian/home/iwj/debian-bugs/scripts/html-install /home/Archives/DebianWebMaster/debian.org-local/Bugs/db <html-data 2>&1 failed - gave 4352 /

The problem (as far as I can tell, I don't speak perl) is diff exits
with a non-zero exit code (13, IIRC) when it's passed what it
considers a binary file. If someone sends a binary in a bug report by
mistake, the WWW-updates of the BTS grind to a halt.

We won't directly support static html pages in the future.

Where I sleep at night, is this important compared to what I read
during the day? What do you think defines me? Where I slept or what I
did all day?
