Which snippet are you using?

Odds are you're either using bugs.donarmstrong.com, which has changed
to be Debbugs/SOAP/get_bugs, or you're using bugs.debian.org which is
still Debbugs/SOAP/Status/get_bugs or similar.
 
In either case, giving me the code that you're using (since there are
3 separate snippets in that bug report) would help.
