Bug#182022: `' vs : and consistency
Going back through this bug, I'm kind of loathe to change the way that
it works currently.
The reasons are two fold:
1) All modifiable values which can only be set to a single value are
in quotes; those that take multiple values use the colon.
2) Any change means that extant parsers have to be rewritten, and also
means that these messages will stop being consistent. [IE, log
messages after the change will be different from those before the
change.]
I'm open to argument to sway me either way; but baring that, I'll
probably mark this wontfix.
