I think the titles should be given for all the listed bug, not just
the one being marked as blocked. So "block 1 by 2 3 4 5" should give
Bug#1: foo is broken
Was not blocked by any bugs.
Bug#2: libfoo: ...
Bug#3: libfoo: ...
Bug#4: libfoo: ...
Bug#5: libfoo: ...
Blocking bugs added: 2 3 4 5
