We've actually had /usr/lib/debbugs/rebuild for a while, but it wasn't
in a remotely usable state. I've fixed it up now and added it to the
example crontab, which should make the indexes usable out of the box in
the next release.

Thanks for the suggestion, though. Sorry it took so long to deal with
it.
