Hello world, There's now a "confirmed" tag for maintainers to use with the BTS. The basic idea is that you should use this for bugs that you've looked at, understand, and basically agree with, but haven't yet fixed yet. Bugs marked "unreproducible" or "moreinfo" generally can't be "confirmed", bugs marked "help" could be depending on what sort of help you're asking for. You don't have to use this, it's just a tool to allow you to better manage your open bugs. If you do make use of this, you might find variants of these URLs helpful: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=dpkg&include=confirmed http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=dpkg&exclude=confirmed You can replace "confirmed" with any tag, and you can use multiple tags by separating them with a comma (eg: include=moreinfo, unreproducible). Cheers, aj -- Anthony Towns <aj@humbug.org.au> <http://azure.humbug.org.au/~aj/> I don't speak for anyone save myself. GPG signed mail preferred. ``Dear Anthony Towns: [...] Congratulations -- you are now certified as a Red Hat Certified Engineer!''
