Severity: wishlist

As the documentation states, the "patch" tag is not appropriate for
patches/fixes: "If there's a patch, but it doesn't resolve the bug adequately
or causes some other problems, this tag should not be used."

As such, I suggest the addition of a "workaround" tag, to be used on bugs for
which a workaround exists, but no real fix. Having this information is useful
for bug triage.
