Bug#140061: maintainer confusion?

Package: debbugs

I think this is a bug in debbugs- it clearly states that the package
maintainer for the report is cmruffin@debian.org (correct) and then
states that it wasn't able to find a maintainer for the package, and
didn't forward the report to the maintainer, but sent it to the QA
list instead.

See the following bug report:

Richard, thanks for pointing this out. electric depends on netscape
being installed to display the manual. I am filing a bug report for
this so I can find a better way to do this. Currently the package
merely "suggests" netscape.

I just installed the electric package, it seems to work well, I haven't
really done anything with it yet though.

One thing I did notice however is that attempting to get to the manual
from within the program doesn't work.

I'm not sure if this is just because the manual is somewhere other than
where it wants to be, or if it doesn't know how to open html, or
something completely different.

If it is easy to fix that, it'd be a nice touch, if not, don't worry
about it, I can certainly open html manuals myself :)

In any case, thanks for packaging gnu electric,

Richard Russo
