What's the Alioth project ddtp used for?

Hi,

I try to register a new Alioth project for maintaining proofreads of
DDTP translations (currently only German).

I found the project ddtp on Alioth and wonder whether it is of any use?
There are no files in CVS, no mailing list, no homepage, no files in
FTP, no tasks, ...

I suggest to remove it.

PS: I forgot: Where can the source code of DDTP be found?
