Bug 821051 - package signing for secure boot - patches for dak

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could take a look at the dak patches in 
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=821051

I just saw they were not forwarded to this mailing list so I am pointing 
to there now.

#821051 is blocking other tasks so it would be nice to solve it.
