[p-a-s/sid] add openafs with an explicit list of architectures

[Debian bug #515855]

Quoting Russ Allbery <rra@debian.org>
| Specifically, OpenAFS does not support mips, mipsel, or hppa among the
| architectures currently supported in Debian releases. It also doesn't
| support hurd or kfreebsd. Phrased the other way, it does support:
|
| alpha amd64 arm armel i386 ia64 lpia powerpc ppc64 s390 s390x sparc
|
| (Some of those aren't official Debian architectures.) Whichever way you
| want to represent that is fine with me. Upstream did add support for
| arm/armel and dropped support for hppa recently, but those were the first
| changes in quite a while, so I don't anticipate this changing a lot.
