[p-a-s/lenny] add fische, lcdproc, micro-evtd

fische contains x86 assembly and is thus restricted to i386 and amd64,
at least for its primary binary package. lcdproc has s390 disabled
in its control file, presumably because such hardware cannot be
connected to one. micro-evtd is a connector to a Kurobox-specific
micro controller only available in arm devices so far.
