Public bzr access?

I wanted to remind myself of the changelog-parsing code in dak, so went
to check it out of bzr. http://ftp-master.debian.org/#dak says that it's
available from http://ftp-master.debian.org/bzr/. Unfortunately
everything under here returns HTTP 403, which leads to:

  $ bzr get http://ftp-master.debian.org/bzr/
  bzr: ERROR: Transport error: Server refuses to fullfil the request

I guess this is probably breakage dating from ries' hardware problems
last month; could somebody make this public again?
