I've seen this assumption fall down now and again in Ubuntu, although
it's entirely possible it was due to human error (basically if a package
name changes from deb to udeb or vice versa, which does happen
occasionally, and the old package hasn't been removed from the overrides
yet). I agree that the deb/dsc case is more common though.

Does it matter if they get changed, since they basically don't affect
much anyway?
