RE: Problem creating Simple-CDD for sid
Well ..I can create an image for lenny without any errors.But now I cant install that image..It is throwing an error like " Kernel mismatch" ...
When I look into the image that is created using Simple-CDD..I have
Linux latest ---- linux-image-2.6-486_2.6.22+11_i386
-----linux-image-486_2.6.22+11_i386
-----linux-image-2.6.22-3-486_2.6.22-6_i386
-----linux-libc-dev_2.6.22-6_i386
and all other linux modules as
loop-aes-modules-2.6.18-4-486-di_1.03_i386
acpi-modules-2.6.18-4-486-di_1.44_i386
firewire-core-modules-2.6.18-4-486-di_1.44_i386
and so on..
I dont know why such a mismatch in the versions of the Kernel and its modules used for the creation of image..and am not clear how to rectify this error (mismatch)...
Any suggestions.. how to rectify this error..? and how to create an image with the Linux kernel and all its modules with 2.6.22-3... packages(using Simple-CDD)
