new branch:

http://cdd.alioth.debian.org/bzr/simple-cdd/experimental-simple-cdd/

(can we get a space on bzr.debian.org please?)

did this.

haven't had a sucessful build yet, still need to fix all the variables
from debian-cd's CONF.sh that we want to set differently, which is quite
a few. maybe we should not source it at all...

don't like the idea of maintaining a simple-cdd.conf.detailed separate
from simple-cdd.conf, as i don't like maintaining things in two places.
i actually think we might be able to get rid of a default
simple-cdd.conf. then custom configuration values could just be
maintained in documentation.

live well,
