If you want a graphical installer and install a set of non-customized
mixed with customized debian packages i would recommend:
simple-cdd[0].
Please note that Debian itself has no stable and mature graphical
frontend for its new installer (called: debian-installer), but the
debian-installer for etch (our next release) should include one
(gtk+2), there's a work in progress for this that you can check into
d-i etch beta 1 builds[1] or later. Check the Debian wiki page too[2].
Unfortunately, i'm sure if you want a CDD and not a Progeny
customization you will be in trouble mixing Anaconda - from progeny
with Debian stuff from sarge.
