How to convert dm-status to new way?

Hi,

how can I convert my debian-maintainer status to the new ftp-master solicited
way? I've heard, dput-ng might be delivering a format that I might be able to
hand out to a sponsor, right?

Is that dput-ng --restore-old-privileges | mail -s "I want my kitten back" <spponsor-address>?

Of course, that's not even close for debian-curiosa, so I'll put in a link of a
