yes, similar for me.
when i am short in time (busy, traveling) then i don't read mailing
lists but only check the main inbox. i do however have a procmail rule
that will check the References: and In-Reply-To: headers for message-ids
containing my hostname, and then copies those mails.

the Mail-Followup-To: header is still the best solution to indicate
where followups (list and group replies) should go to.

would be nice if all mailers supported that.
