Well actually they did as of now :)

Searching for "best operating system" doesn't return Debian anymore, but 
a Speech of Mr. Gates:

"Bill Gates explaining his criteria for selecting the best operating system"

Oh well ;-) I don't think that with such a policy MSN-Search will have 
many adepts...
