Since I work for a DNS registry, I approve everything that will lead
to more domain registrations :-)
Read RFC 3490 and (on sid):
apt-get install mozilla mutt
(all of them being IDN-ready) and:
apt-get install libidn9-dev libmdnkit-dev
if you want to IDN-ize your application.
