If you choose English as additional criteria.  But nothing came out as
the search result.

This has 4 links and this leads to the developer reference which tells us:

   Even though Debian isn't really a democracy, we use a democratic process
   to elect our leaders and to approve general resolutions. These procedures
   are defined by the Debian Constitution.

Hmm... "Debian isn't really a democracy".  Hmmm... how did he pass NM process
if he blames Debian by stating "debian claims to be democratic".

Anyway, I think it is more interesting to think about why the search
result was strange than the "democracy" issue.
