What? cabbage? Where is it?
Naruto is white round thing with rugged edge. Inside, it has red
colored swirl. Since this is one of those "extruded" food, where ever
you cut, you get same swirled red pattern. (Typical extruded foods are
many pastas and colored candy bars.)
