Russian Rulette for Debian Developers?

Just a thought:
How does russian rulette for Debian Developers work?

Everone contributes a key revocation certificate and chooses a number
from one to ten. Then everybody executes a random generator - if it's a
match, then his revocation certificate is submitted to the keyservers.

P.S. Yes, i know that there are more complex rules for russian roulette,
where each one either can pull the trigger, or spin the barrel and pull
then - but i was too lazy to write analogons to these ;)
