Debian Technical Committee.  The voting period starts immediately and
lasts for up to one week, or until the outcome is no longer in doubt.

With six votes cast the outcome is no longer in doubt.  Christoph, Niko,
Simon, Elana, Gunnar and myself all voted H > F.

Therefore, the Technical Committee recommends that Matthew Vernon
<matthew> be appointed by the Debian Project Leader to the Technical
Committee.
