With five votes in favour and a week gone, the result of this vote is now 
longer in doubt:

	The TC recommends that Gunnar Wolf <gwolf> be appointed by the Debian
	Project Leader to the Technical Committee.

@Chris: it's in your hands now. 

As we're in a new year, following §6.2.7.1, Keith Packard <keithp>'s term has 
expired (nominated on 2013-11-29; + 42 months ⇒ 2017-05-29). We're sad to see 
you go Keith! Please keep contributing to TC discussion if / when you can!
