With the appointment of Marga to the TC and according to our current 
procedures¹, I am hereby announcing my immediate vacation of the chair 
position, triggering a new election. For clarity of the process, I am 
interested to continue serving as chair.

With all our votes, the outcome is no longer in doubt; I am apparently 
becoming the Technical Committee chair again. The vacation hasn't lasted 
long, thank you for your reactiveness (and sorry Don for not accounting 
much for our timezones differences)!

I am very much honoured by your renewed support and thankful for your 
trust! I'll let the DPL put this non-change in his upcoming d-d-a mail.
