For some cases we (as in "the project") consider "should" as Stuart and I described it before, but we do *also* consider it a "may" for some cases, as Ian has just pointed it out. So we either need a new word between "should" and "may" or sincere us and use "may" for manpages too. I would prefer the latest, but I understand if someone disagrees. -- Simulations are not data.
