Bug#709393: tech-ctte: complete system stops working
Package: tech-ctte
Severity: critical
Justification: breaks the whole system
Dear Maintainer,
*** Please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***
* What led up to the situation?
general system usage / chrome browser
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
I was typing an url in the addressbar of chrome webbrowser
* What was the outcome of this action?
System hung up, I was not able to do anything, except to move the mousepointer.
There was no chance to change to other consoles or to start/close any other
applications, because gnome was totally frozen. Sometimes the system hangs up
for 2-3 seconds, but continues response after this short time. Now I could only
switch of my device by "cold-shutdown" (pressing and holding power-down button)
* What outcome did you expect instead?
normal response of the system, opening the url
