Thanks. I've unarchived, reopened, and reassigned this bug back to
leave for implementation. (I suspect I did not accurately follow Ian's
rules; I wasn't quite sure what to do given that the bug in general
predated them, and figured that if somebody cared they could always
clone the bug.)
