I didn't refuse anything.  I fixed the severity of a bug which was
artificially inflated to RC, and that's basically all there is to it.

I'm open to being convinced about changing our current setup, and about
discussing constructive proposals.  But you seem to prefer coercion, so
instead of talking about the actual problem we're talking nonsense.
