Archive side its a bug, serious or higher, if a maintainer address is
not working, and i regularly file them (or reject from NEW).
Of course whitelisting the ftpmaster stuff isnt that hard to do (and on
alioth its a global whitelist), so we only get a limited amount of such
bugs. (Still an amazing large number)
