close 439006 thanks I'm closing this bug report as "expired". There is no decision to overwrite, no patch to accept, so we cannot do anything else. In case there is a current issue with accepting patches into kernel, please include in any mail the patches that were sent to the debian kernel list (best as an http://lists.debian.org/ URL), a summary of the discussion and the reasons why the tech ctte should overwrite the maintainers decission.
