These two bugs are about moving ndiswrapper and
ndiswrapper-modules to contrib.

At one point, I thought that we had been discussing that the
technical reason that ndiswrapper could not be moved to
contrib was that cipe depends on it.

However, looking at the cipe packages, I don't see any dependency
on ndiswrapper.

Also, these packages haven't changed since
2004.
