I poked at it, and adding this tag to python3-numpy appears to have
worked: after some uninteresting other tweaks that I understand, I can
cross-build mrcal now.
Should python3-numpy add that tag? I can file a bug to do that, but are
there downsides that I'm not seeing yet? I haven't been thinking about
this for long enough.
