If you're building for riscv64, then we call this a native build as the
build architecture (chroot architecture) and the host architecture (what
you are building for) equal.

In that case, your matter is off-topic for debian-cross@l.d.o.

If however, you intended to perform a cross build, please use a native
chroot instead.

It is definitely to perform a cross build this time. As johan explaned,
I know I am wrong with sbuild-createchroot usage.
