RFH: build node for crossqa.debian.net needed

Hi,

I am sorry to tell that our previous sponsor for the amd64 build node of
crossqa.debian.net ceased service. Thanks for the time building
packages! As of today, only one arm64 build node sponsored by Steve
McIntyre remains. It cannot keep up and covers only a fraction of host
architectures.

This raises the question of who uses crossqa.debian.net and whether it
is worth continuing this service. Is anybody using it? Is anyone
interested in sponsoring a node for it?

Ideal specs:
 * physical or virtual or container
 * 1 cpu is sufficient
 * ram >= 6GB, ideally more
 * Sufficiently fast storage of at least 32GB for package builds.
   Preferably a tmpfs backed by ram + swap >= 32GB.
 * Close proximity to a Debian unstable mirror or a local package cache
   (e.g.  apt-cacher-ng >= 50GB).
Administrative aspects (if managed):
 * ssh available via global IPv4 or IPv6.
 * sbuild is set up with a daily updating schroot
 * Unprivileged ssh access with authorization to run sbuild
