In reality most of this is probably rubbish... and wouldn't apply to us
anyway (we're not providing a service, merely collecting donations... most
of the bitching is about returns etc.)


Anyway this really is stretching the boundaries of what's appropriate for
this list (I just can't think of a more appropriate forum for it).
