Re: cl-containers: Vcs-* do not contain debian packaging

I would volunteer to migrate this package to the Debian Common Lisp Team
in Salsa. I do not volunteer to maintain the package myself since I
do not speak Lisp.
Dimitri, please speak up if you intend to keep on maintaining this
package and whether you intend to do so inside the Lisp Team.
If not in a similar case of cl-launch we agreed upon having the package
inside the Salsa team space of the team but do a QA upload to flag that
the package has no human maintainer.
What do you think?
