Kevin M. Rosenberg has maintained quite some cl-* packages[1]. While I
filed bug

#1106688 cl-lml2: Should cl-lml2 be removed from unstable?

there are probably packages that deserve keeping in Debian and when
doing so being maintained in a team that cares. Today the bug of the
day suggested cl-xlunit which might be interesting for other cl-*
packages. In both cases Kevin did the last upload in 2009 and did
not respond to bug reports like

please consider upgrading to 3.0 source format

My intention is to ITS this kind of packages and migrate these to Debian
Common Lisp team to ensure a consistent maintenance of these packages.
Ideally I would prefer if some skilled Common Lisp packager would add
the own ID to Uploaders. But well, I feel perfectly able to fix such
simple bugs and injecting the packages into the team should enable
team wide upgrades and team uploads.

Kind regards
    Andreas.
