Please take over dh-lisp packaging repository into common-lisp-team space

Hi Common Lisp maintainers,

since dh-lips came up as a candidate for the Bug of the Day[1] I had a
*short* (I'm in traveling mode) look into it.  Since bug #548775 was no
issue any more I've closed this bug.  I have not checked the other bug
of this package.

Since I've found an old repository inside the Alioth archive[2] I've
cloned this, updated to the recently uploaded packaging status.  I've
also was running Janitor tools on the packaging.  For your comfort
I've created a *temporary* repository at
   https://salsa.debian.org/salvage-team/dh-lisp
by setting Vcs fields to where the packaging most probably belongs:
   https://salsa.debian.org/common-lisp-team/dh-lisp

I simply assumed that this temporary place is convenient for you.
Please feel free to take over from here and let me know once you are
done.  Than I'll remove the repository in salvage-team space.  Since I'm
not a member of the Common Lisp team and I really do not qualify to
become one this seemed to me the most pragmatic solution.  I do not
intend to do anything more on this package.
